Terms and Conditions

1. Students are supposed to wear uniform daily and it should be neat

   and clean.

2. Students should be properly groomed.
3. Once uniform is given, alteration can be done but cannot be

   exchanged.

4. School Leaving Certificate.
5. No student is expected to be absent without a valid reason.
6. Caste Certificate (For SC / ST / SEBC).
7. Copy of Aadhar Card.
8. Migration Certificate.
9. Bank Passbook First Page Copy.
10. Mobile phone, Cell phone and any type of electronics items are

    strictly prohibited inschool campus.

11. Institute & School authority will not by responsible for any injury of

    students at the time of playing games on playground or doing mischief between students or injury at the time of accident.

12. Irregularity in attending the classes / long absenteeism (more than 3

    days), without prior approval from institute, can lead to cancellation

    of admission.

13. Students should have minimum 95% attendance to appear in exam.
14. Fees should be paid on time. If specially arranged installment dates

    are missed then penalty of Rs. 5000/- would be applicable.

15. By any means, registration fees + technology + exam fees + study

    materials not refunded, in any case admission gets cancelled.

16. Refund Policy: E.g. Tuition fees = ₹ 16960/-, 16960/365 = ₹ 46.45, so,

    ₹46.45 x number of days Studied. 46.45 x 100 = ₹ 4645, so 16960 – 4645 = 12315/-, to Total Refund Amount ₹ 12315/- (Also No refund after 3 months of Admission).

17. Every 15 days Parents / Teachers Meeting (PTM) would be

    conducted, and it is mandatory any one parent should be present in this meetings.

18. Class timings will be informed prior to students but can be changed

    by the management at any time without prior notice.

19. No type of chewing gums are allowed in campus. If found, then

    student would be suspended till further notice.

20. Any type of offence physically / mentally / emotionally against the

    staff members or students would not be tolerated. Strict action will be taken.

21. Vehicles should be parked at owner’s risk and in designated parking

    area only.

22. Any damages to the institute’s property by an individual or a group is

    not allowed and if caught doing so then he / she is responsible for fixing the damages.

23. Note: Persons who are not carrying photo ID card or a valid

    authorization either from the school or from the parents, will not be allowed into the School campus by the security to meet the child.

24. The school management reserves the right to cancel or modify any of

    the rules and regulations and formulate new rules from time to time, which will be duly notified to all the parents / students.

25. During visits, parents are to park their vehicles in the allotted parking

    area and are not permitted to drive their vehicles beyond the parking area of the campus.

26. Students and Parents are responsible for the cleanliness of the area

    where they are seated, and the area should not be littered. Trash bins must be used effectively or else they will be made to clean the area occupied by them. The school is a "No Plastic Zone" and the use of polythene and other plastic material is strictly prohibited on the campus.

27. Parents should not interfere with the internal affairs of the school

    curriculum, regarding any events, programmes and competitions or even discourage students from holding any post in the Students' Management Council.
